Brazing aluminium alloys

Aluminium-silicon and aluminium-zinc alloys for aluminium low temperature brazing. Aluminium-zinc alloys are fitted also for copper-aluminium and steel-aluminium brazing. These alloys are available in different formats such as wires and roads, foils and sheets, flux cored wires, rods and rings, preformed, powder and pastes. Using fluxed cored wires it’s not needed the flux residues removal after brazing.

Aluminium alloys are commonly used in refrigeration and conditioning fields, automotive, repairing and manufacturing of exchargers, manifolds, condersers, radiators, general mechanics and hobby.

Alloy can be used for brazing aluminum, flame, furnace and induction processes, with the appropriate flux. Excellent fluidity and penetration into the joint. Used in the brazing of aluminum heat exchangers, conden- sers, air conditioning and automotive.
